Bent Council has been online since January 2008. There are just two categories, Corrupt Council and Nasty neighbour. They chronicle the persistent nuisance of a neighbour from hell and the corruption within Brent Council which allowed this nuisance to continue. Some posts may be tainted with traces of humour, but nuts have been omitted.
